My Best Ever (Accidental) Chocolate Pumpkin Muffins


Sometimes things just don’t go as planned, ya know? Like when you set out to bake 24 delicious, fluffy pumpkin muffins and you accidentally add six tablespoons of cocoa powder to the mix.

Yes, sweet little Anne Shirley, yes. I completely agree with you. I LOVE Octobers. I love falling leaves, crisp air, family gatherings, good books and warm, sweet pumpkin spice lattes. But, because my husband and I are on a budget, you won’t find me driving through Starbucks every morning to get my PSL fix.

Over the years, I have tried several PSL recipes. How To Make The Perfect Latte (Without Expensive Machinery)


If you know me at all, you probably know that I LOVE my sleep. I feel fully rested somewhere between 9-10 hours a night, but since life doesn’t often allow me that luxury, I usually get somewhere between 7-8 hours. For most people that may enough, but I still wake up tired. As you can guess, this only fuels my already existent love for coffee.

I’ve learned over the years that it’s not good to drink copious amounts of coffee, though. My favorite doctor-author, Joel Furhman, suggests that if you must have coffee, try and limit yourself to one cup per day.
